About Lisa
This is my soul work.
Geomancing the Stone is my sanctuary, a place where earth wisdom, spirit guidance and your own inner knowing meet.
Why do I call myself a Geomancer?
Because it is my calling.
Since childhood, I’ve felt something deeper moving beneath the surface, an unseen world just beyond reach.
I didn’t have the words for it then, and was often called “weird.”
But the Earth kept speaking, through energy, through ritual, through gardening and the tools I now craft and share.
This work isn't just what I do.
It’s who I am.
What makes my work different?
My work has grown through decades of practice, curiosity and listening to the Earth rather than following one prescribed path.
I have practised Geomancy since 1987, developing my own system of 32 crystal runes cast onto a Southern Hemisphere Medicine Wheel. That same relationship with Earth and Spirit flows through the drums, rattles and sacred tools I make and teach.
During the lockdowns in 2020, I was encouraged to pivot by making my own drum hoops. That became the beginning of a new chapter in my work, allowing me to bring many more spirit tools and drums into the world.
I don't believe one size fits all. The variety in people, crystals, drums and rattles is far too interesting.
Do I need to be spiritual to work with you?
Not at all. You don't need any previous experience with crystals, runes, Medicine Wheels, energy work or sacred tools.
Bring your curiosity, your questions, or simply yourself. I’ll meet you where you are. I even love your scepticism.
Where can I work with you?
Geomancing the Stone is based at Sellicks Beach, at the southern edge of the Adelaide Plains where the land begins to rise into South Australia’s beautiful Fleurieu Peninsula. Here I offer in-person Geomancy Readings and sacred tool workshops.
If you’re further away, Geomancy Readings are available online via Zoom, so the crystals and I can come to you without me having to pack the car.
How we can work together?
I help people find another way of seeing what is happening in their lives, reconnect with their own inner knowing, and create or choose sacred tools that support them.
My work is grounded in a relationship with Earth, intuition and the belief that sometimes we already carry the answer and we just need a different way of seeing it.

What Clients Say About My Geomancy Readings
It felt like I could breathe immediately after Lisa removed some stones from the cloth that represented a difficult situation in my past. Through “Changing the Patterns" of my life I felt a healing occur. It was more than just a reading but true understanding how to move on with my life. That night I felt compelled to help a homeless man by buying them a meal – to share some of the good will that I felt after the reading I received from Lisa.
Lisa read the landscape of my life with precision, kindness and a higher perspective. I am a visual person, and loved seeing my life represented on her beautiful cloth using her crystals. Her reading was helpful and loving. Thanks Lisa I have recommended you to friends.
I had the pleasure of meeting Lisa today in a zoom meeting where I had a reading done, it was gifted to me by a good friend. It was very helpful and was good to hear a lot of things I think and feel in myself confirmed in a way by someone who knows what they are talking about ???? the hour flew and I was comfortable throughout the whole reading. Not at all left thinking what do I do, more an I know where to start!
What Participants Say About My Drum Workshops
I’m totally in love with mine and the sacred process she took us through in honouring the skin was inspiring. Also - she's super patient with everyone so we all walked away feeling incredibly proud of what we achieved.
I attended a drum making workshop with Lisa Drury from Geomancing the Stone - so amazing to be supported during this drum birthing process and connecting in such a personal way Lisa's knowledge and connection to Gaia is so beautiful to work with - I highly recommend Lisa to anyone seeking an Australian drum
Lisa Drury is amazing, my experience with her making my drum was really special, highly recommend.
